Our Local Vendors

spring mix, baby kale, micro-greens, baby spinach, & Herbs

Kathy and Jim Lyons founded Blue Moon Acres in 1992 with a desire to pursue a healthier, more sustainable form of agriculture. Since then, they have become one of the most reputable names in the business for organic produce. They operate with an ever-increasing focus on sustainability via the use of bio diesel farm equipment, and geothermal heating and cooling techniques. We use their nutrient dense spring mix & baby spinach to make our salads and we top our toasts with their delicate tendrils of micro-greens.

Brothers in Bees

Natural Raw honey

Mike, Alex, and Kyle are three brothers from Bucks County that decided to start an apiary in the spring of 2017 with a focus on helping US veterans. Kyle, a USMC Iraq war veteran himself, wanted to create a program that enabled other veterans to take up beekeeping as a therapeutic hobby at no direct cost to them. Since starting their hive last spring, they have launched a pilot program with 2 veterans and begun to package and sell their honey productions to help fund the education and equipment needed to make this possible. We think what the brothers are doing is pretty sweet and so we use their natural raw honey the making of our salad dressings and sauces.
